I’ll never forget.
I had about 3K wagered on Trump to win Michigan and Wisconsin. It was paying 2.5 to 1 and was an obvious lock until the fraud began.
Not to mention it was my bitcoin holding, so the fraud has cost me a little over 60K in “unrealized gains.”
If it was a legal bet then you have an interesting standing to sue for more details on the fraud to get your money.
Remember almost all cases were dismissed because they lacked standing. Not because facts were found lacking.
But since the fraud cost you money you actually have standing if it was a legal bet.
In fact anyone who bet that Trump would win has standing to sue the states that committed fraud to gain access to information.
Curious if there is any class action lawsuit I could join or help start? I’m sure there were a bunch of people who took the L.
