As far as i can find, her condition did not occour during filming, but some time after, four months before release and the cause of death is listed as septic shock, due to a congenital stenosis rupture.. The said rupture could surely have been caused by anal penetration, but it's just as likely it could have happened by 'itself' or during a simple bowel movement..
