You have a point about how certain laws have been bastardized against the constitution and bill of rights. They were created by Congress or at state level. If they were challenged by the Constitution, they should be deemed unconstitutional in a fair court system. Why this hasn't been done yet IDK.

I should have phrased that as "bastardized laws against the constitution and bill of rights" so it was clearer to understand. The corrupt Congress created these bastardized laws, and are working to bastardize existing law.

I'm not arguing in support unConstitutional Laws. Laws that harm any specific race are unconstitutional. I'm a Constitutionalist, there are many laws I believe are unconstitutional. Hate Crimes, BDS, ObamaCare, Affirmative Action, .... and they all need to be challenged in a non-corrupted court.
