I'm just stating what is in the constitution and bill of rights. The corrupt govt (currently 35% Jewish and another 50% corrupted non-jew) through the use of lawfare and other subversive tactics has created the unconstitutional marxist laws based on race, ethnicity, status to create an environment that discriminates against whites and Asians, equal justice, circumventing the founding principals of the constitution and is well on the way to creating a virtual prison state.
