Anyone that believes that the Patriot act was written after 9-11 is not living in reality. They have hundreds, probably thousands of bills pre-written that they are just waiting for some public event to happen so they can catch emotional idiots at the right moment to try to pass it.

I applauded Clinton for doing the line item veto. The only thing he did right. Of course the jewshekel system overturned it , as per the plan I assume.
