Immunity to toxoplasmosis might make people more sane than nearly everyone around them. If anything should be illegal, it should be cats based on the effects of toxoplasmosis on society, alone.

It may very well be that cats are a form of biological warfare.

If there was a portion of the population less susceptible to mind control, would the elite want them eliminated? How would they do so? If one group was less susceptible to psychoses from toxoplasmosis, might they possibly be also unphased by other forms?
