We have reports that get run that tattle on what docs have done or not done in the EHR (computer) and some docs are too stupid to know how to get around it. I only have a doc to get me weird tests that I can't order myself and he also manages to get some of my meds covered by insurance. He knows the games and although he is a big prescriber and is okay with vaccines, he never gives me a hard time about any of it. He has me diagnosed with weird stuff that I don't actually have to make sure he can order the things that I need without my insurance throwing a fit. He also asks me questions with a wink so I know it's just for paperwork and he's not going to give me a hard time about the vaccines. Also feel free to decline the PHQ which are questions that they are required to ask (gov gives money) to determine whether you should be on antidepressants.
