What was the context? Trump refers to an anti-semitic attack? He says he's talking about those seeking jewish destruction.

We have 1A, we can say anything we want. However, if one takes physical action against another ... we have laws against that. I believe Trump is talking about far worse crimes than free speech here.

Found it: https://winepressnews.com/2024/05/10/resurfaced-video-shows-trump-calling-for-the-death-penalty-to-punish-antisemitism-adl-urged-congress-to-pass-fisa-act-to-protect-israel/

In the wake of the U.S. House of Representatives passing the Antisemitism Awareness Act – a heavily criticized bill which criminalizes all forms of so-called “antisemitism” – a 2018 video has recently begun to recirculate on social media with President Donald Trump stating during a rally that offenders guilty of antisemitism should be given the death penalty.

Trump’s remarks were made on October 27th, 2018, at a rally in Illinois.

For context, Trump began referencing a deadly synagogue attack that occurred that same day in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He described it as an “evil antisemitic attack” that he called “an assault on all of us.”

Sounds like Trump is responding to murder/hate crimes. I would want to see the same penalty if it were a Christian Church attacked by jews, muslims, or deranged lefties.
