I think it will be a lot less sophisticated than that. If you are white you will be the untouchable class and it will be lawful for you to be killed on sight for any reason. All the other colors of the nigger rainbow will exist in abject poverty in quarantine zones like animals except for maybe asians who will be dealt a hand closer to what whites will get but not quite as bad. Jews and maybe a handful of cryptos will largely be transnationalists who will work out of israel. They may claim they need ai to implement this and use the man behind the curtain of technology to excuse it but it will hardly be any more advanced than the Muslim takeover of europe in the middle ages.
Ok, they will use AI to identify dissenters and then arrest and/or kill them, and then blame it on the “fact” that they were about to commit a mass shooting or some other bullshit. Either way it’s still Orwellian
