When standard of living measures are taken into account, such as daily/weekly caloric intake, housing, access to clean water, access to electricity, access to healthcare & education, and ownership of cars & luxury goods, US blacks have the highest standard of living of any population of blacks on the planet.

There are 0 majority black countries that provide their populations anything close to what the US does.

Blacks should be focusing on providing these things for themselves, but instead blame whites for their lack of achievements.

Despite their fervent accusations of racism, those who make them have not been able to point to a single racist law, ordinance, or practice in the whole of the United States. This holds true across the spectrum: the federal, state, and local levels.

The aim of the article was to disprove the narrative that the United States is racist against blacks and show that, in fact quite the opposite is true. I don't think it was the author's goal to go beyond that point but he does say:

Were Mr. Obama White, he would have stood no chance of being catapulted to the highest office in the land given his rather limited accomplishments at the time of his candidacy.

I don't think the author is bragging - just pointing out how liberals have completely failed to help blacks by destroying the institution of marriage aided by democrats who love to give blacks freebies in exchange for their votes.
