If she is competent enough to make millions of dollars working a more than full time job, then she sure as shit doesn't need a mental evaluation, which can easily be bought to be tainted in either direction.

If she made millions, then it sat while she had a break down, unable to make anything else, then this would be a real conservatorship.

This situation is unprecedented except when it comes to the musical industry, where they lock up prisoners in fancy penthouse suites. Sure, it's a nice cell, but it's a cell.

Look at it this way...

You are an idiot, but you can still post on the Internet. However, Reddit owns your comment IP, because they have you under conservatorship. If you were really mentally ill and weren't really capable of producing quality content... Reddit wouldn't care about having a conservatorship over you. So, there is an inherent conflict in demanding that you still be allowed to be a conservator. If you were not posting, you'd need the consrevator. But, while you are still posting and not killing yourself or anyone else, nobody SHOULD give a fuck.

It's just that her father wants control of the money.

So, take a break from being a dick and think about how, after generating billions in revenue, Britney Spears is allowed to have $75k per year.

rich = mental health

got it

You forget that a mental health evaluation is what got her a conservator in the first place.

rich = mental health

This is where you prove you're not smart enough to be having this conversation.

That's not what I said. You twisted the words, which shows you are too dishonest to be worth conversing with.

I said, capable of making billions of dollars in revenue, which involves complex tasks and strong routines.

mental health evaluation

Mental Health evaluations are subjective...

But you ignore the point about them being easily bought off.

Why don't you get back to us when you understand the legal history of conservatorships more... mental illness in relation to conservatorship... and stop lying to yourself and us.

If you aren't a danger to yourself or others, regardless of how much money you have, you don't need a conservatorship. If you are capable of holding down a full time job, no court is going to put you into a conservatorship.

If you are a danger to yourself and others, then you shouldn't be forced to work a full time job where others take the majority of the profit.

So... are you shilling or just deserving of a block? Because I'm not interested in idiocy, atm. That's what reddit's for.

Get your head out of your ass.

Mental Health evaluations are subjective...

Pretty much anything can be pathologised these days.

Introverted? You've got antisocial personality disorder.

Not interested in pandering to mainstream culture? You're on the autistic spectrum.

Confined to a classroom setting and you'd rather be outside kicking a ball around? You have ADHD.
