I remember taking the training course to become a scoutmaster, it was ridiculous the new rule changes, no kids left alone, two adults at once, all complaints taken seriously, etc. It destroyed any sense of boys having private conversations with leaders on uncomfortable subjects. Then the scouts came back and thrashed the requirements for Eagle casue it was too hard
