Don’t disagree with the last 9/10ths of your statement, but under no circumstances would I accept this gorilla giving a “love tap” to my children. So, yeah - caveat - the one giving the love tap must be mentally capable of distinguishing the need for the discipline and the amount of discipline being administered. Neither were present in the dude on tape here.
