Tax evasion is the cover story. They want to track who's buying guns, ammunition, reloading supplies, body armor, and who's contributing to the "wrong" party, or to organizations like the NRA, GOA, Judicial Watch, and the like. Make no mistake, the NKVD is coming for us. They're establishing the means and methods now. Remember, no matter the country the bad guys never *say* they're the bad guys.
