At this late in the game, with a completely corrupt system that is crumbling around the oblivious sheep - anything can be a "State of Emergency", if for no other reason than the sheep will never hold the tyrants accountable anyway (demonstrated by Covid lockdowns, masks, vaccines, etc).

All these governors replacing jobs with guards is to get us used to seeing and obeying the military. It’s a set up for a Fed takeover.

A giant fed fail is what its going to be. None of these services will be functional. As more shit shuts down because there's no way for the guard to replace 30% of the population civil unrest will break out. On top of this we are heading into an energy crisis where the government has started floating the idea that there will be nation wide rolling blackouts. The stock market has entered a hyper inflationary stage and demand collapse will destroy it no matter how much money they print. In addition china is going to stop shipping stuff over in those container ships soon and then the real fun begins. The fed has 0% chance of maintaining control.
