Yup, I don’t blame a guy for wanting to get a better life and more money for his family. Also, to be honest, that trek they make to get here is brutal as fuck. It fucking sucks that this nation low key pretty much advertises itself to these people and promises them those jobs and money… And then goes about rounding them up like animals. Vilifying them and using them as a fundraising issue. But the truth is, our jobs should be for our people. I haven’t seen a white drywall crew in 15 years. These should be jobs for Americans, not an imported slave labor class. How the fuck can work conditions and wages improve when employers have an endless stream of brown slaves to throw at a job? Guess I answered my own question there
