If you mandate the vaccine you are responsible for the people who take it and get hurt.
i understand the logic but it should be the media and the pharma that pays ffor it not the small businesses. big business can fight the lawsuit for 10 years easy and in the end they will get a slap on the wrist. the people sueing have to be able to stay solvent during that time while the vast majority of people are in debt due to the debt economy

Pharma should pay on an individual basis for the injuries they cause but businesses should be culpable for the harm they cause by forcing people to use a product or perform an action. No employer should opperate under the assumption that the vaccine is 100% effective and 100% safe and that they bear 0% of the liability. If they acknowledge that any of those could not be the case then they should allow the vaccine choice to lay with the employee.

They would probably prefer to settle and lay off as much of the settlement onto their insurance rather than spend hundreds of thousands in legal fees or tie up their in house attorneys who could be doing offense rather than defense.
They signed up to play doctor for a fake virus now they get to have all the liability that comes with it.
Not small business; only those over 100 employees. This will target places like federal contractors, Walmart, target, etc.
Soon the mandates will be coming for all businesses.
