However, like his client, he also pointed the gun first. No one likes to have a gun pointed at them, even if it is unloaded. I shoot and clean guns all the time, even when I know it's unloaded I'm still uncomfortable pointing it anywhere but the ground.

It's inexcusable, and illegal, but of course nothing will be done about it because prosecutors are all above the law.

He's a prosecutor, and a shitty one at that- he's not a weapons expert. He is not qualified to determine whether it is safe to point a firearm at someone and pull the trigger. Alec Baldwin killed a woman doing stupid shit like this. Ya'll can blame the retarded libshit "armorer" on the set, but ultimately, when a weapon (replica or real) is handed to you, you are responsible for what happens with it. YOU SHOULD KNOW IF IT'S LOADED, HOW IT FUNCTIONS, AND YOU SHOULD HAVE A CLEAR KNOWLEDGE OF THE CARDINAL RULES OF FIREARMS.

Rule 1- Always treat every gun as if it were loaded. This implies that he pointed a loaded weapon at several people. Rule 2- Always point the muzzle in a safe direction. Aiming it at innocent jurors is NOT a safe direction by any fucking measure. Rule 3- Keep your grubby finger off of the fucking trigger until you're ready to shoot. He not only did this, but may have pulled the trigger. Rule 4- Always be sure of your target and what's behind it. There were other jurors behind the juror he pointed the rifle at.

This is a fucking show being put on for us. The judge should've had the bailiff tackle this retarded kike and arrest him the moment he did this, and declare a mistrial. The fact that Biden implied that Rittenhouse is a "White supremacist" should be enough for an immediate mistrial. The defense doesn't object when they should. None of this makes any fucking sense.

One thing we know for sure- Kyle is able to handle that weapon more safely than the prosecutor. Kyle never broke any of those rules, except for maybe not knowing what was behind the three kikes he blasted- this is forgivable in this case, since he was fucking surrounded by a mob calling for his blood.
