I am pretty sure it's the Clintons calling most of the shots over at the FBI. Them and a good chunk of the owners of Fortune 500 companies.

You make like its a lot of people.

Its a group about the size of blackrock + vanguard's boards of directors + sundry other executives and their respective investors. So maybe a couple hundred people total.
