A communist worth millions of dollars! Why would this type of person be a SCOTUS clerk? This is insane.

Yeah we need full info on him and every other clerk. I naively believed these were lawyers that were chosen on merit. No wonder we are so fluuk'd.

I can't for the life of me understand why he would become a court clerk while having these jobs. Do you buy your way into that position? Do venture capitalists perform insider trading before Supreme Court cases are filed?
