Lon Horiuchi shot and killed Weaver's wife while she was holding their baby. Also shot Weaver and family friend Kevin Harris.

Seems that very same pos had a firing position at Waco as well.

He did, I believe he is in photos posing over the dead (burned) bodies of kids.
