I would argue that the Constitution we have now is not valid anyway, since they added a bunch of dogshit to it that directly contradicts it. And it was only ever intended to protect Whites.
It's not an amendment. It's in the original Constitution, the same section that allows a governor to declare an invasion, actually:
No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
Well get ready for secession then war because everyone is tired of the constitution only working for the fed as they ignore it when it benefits them. And you can argue Texas has been invaded.
I'm aware of that. I don't think it matters, because the Constitution is only valid in a White ethnostate.
