Florida GOP Declares War On The First Amendment to "Combat Anti-Semitism"

"The Free State of Florida" is set to have the most oppressive hate crime laws in America in order to "combat anti-Semitism."

"There is no First Amendment right to conduct," Jewish Florida State Rep. Randy Fine told the media earlier this week. "If you graffiti a building, it is a crime now, but if your motivation is hate, it will be a third-degree felony and you will spend five years in prison. If you want to litter, it's a crime right now, but if you litter and your motivation is a hate crime, it will be a third-degree felony and you will spend 5 years in jail."

The bill was put forward by the GOP to silence the "Goyim Defense League" who've been sharing anti-Semitic flyers in Florida neighborhoods and holding up anti-Semitic banners over bridges which are critical of Jews.

Free speech and free press. They can't jail the press for distributing pamphlets. How would they prosecute that a person acted out of hate?

GOP jews trying to find a loophole in the 1st amendment so they can make criticism of jews illegal.

They want it to be like the UK where the police will stop you and ask you if you're thinking unapproved thoughts so they can drag you to jail for a hate crime.

They're saying that if that "hateful" person accidentally dropped a pamphlet on the ground, then bam, nail him with littering (crime), which gets elevated to hate crime felony, with a 5 year prison sentence.

I understand completely what they intend. What this really means is "look, that 'hateful' guy is on the corner passing out flyers and there is one on the ground over there. Throw him in jail for a felony hate crime." There is no such thing as hate speech so they are trying to go after anything printed which is also first amendment protected under the free press. So this is unconstitutional as well. Fuuuuuuuck the Jews and all their bullshit. We're need to introduce some of their diversity equity and inclusion into their tight-knit ethnocentric communities. Among lots of other things.
