Sure, no disagreement here. Issue at hand seems to be - people ambling into the cross walk intersection because traffic lights are red, some fool purposely runs the red light - clown with AK raises it at the car while it's entering against the red, then lowers it when the car stops in the middle of the crosswalk, goes over to tell the guy 'wtf you doing man'. Not a good look for either.
