Great starter home if it was priced appropriately.
At those prices, though?
I thought most of the point of (many) "tiny houses" is that they are mobile so you can just move it if you move. Sort of like a diy trailer home.
Also, those prices for that amount of space is crazy.
300-600 sq ft home
great starter home
I'm not sure there exists a word to describe the level of stupid that is. Actual grade-school-aged children could handle those houses. A starter home is small yes, but small being like 1500 sq ft.
Someone earning minimum wage should be able to afford a tiny house. At these prices, even menial workers can't get into real estate.
Land ownership is the backbone of a real democracy and the preservation of wealth.
If an 18 yo, out of high school, could buy one of these, then they would be great. As it stands, the next generation is going to need help from their parents to buy or rent for life.
Getting into property as early as possible is a key to being wealthy.
It's not stupid to do so.
These idiots paying for their kids college educations would be a lot better off if they simply got their kids a house... or two of these, so the kid could rent one out and live in the other and not have to stress about being a wage slave.
backbone of a real democracy
Holy fuck. You support democracy? You clearly are uneducated as fuck on the issue. There is no such thing as a good democracy, ever, not possible. It always turns into tyranny of the minority over the majority through oppression olympics. And that's by (((design))). It was known, taught and ridiculed about as far back as antiquity. I can't take a single word you say seriously if you push judaism as though it's good and democracy is as jewish as male genital mutilation.
