I've had people after Biden was placed into office yell at me when I told them "You better get out of debt, interest rates are headed way up and things are going to get extremely ugly". Told interest rates will never go up again. Quit selling bullshit. I know tons of people with $500k + mortgages. I bet they barely sleep. 🤣

I have a small mortgage after downsizing. All these idiots buying incredibly over priced homes just because the money was cheap deserve what they get. They never learn.
