Maybe can get back at China for pushing electric cars on our political idiots. China has mad deposit and trying to fk our market up with electric vehicle nonsense.
If the replacement battery cost could be reduced to say $3K-$5K installed, EVs might become practical for the masses. Still need electrical infrastructure upgrades and dealer training to support it. I believe EVs are a fleeting fad though, especially after the Climate nonsense is fully exposed for what it is. For now I'll stick with my pre-2008 gas and diesel burners that I know how to maintain/repair.
