A self defence argument requires the following elements: - Innocence: if you start the fight, you can't claim self defence. - Imminence: there must be an IMMINENT risk of severe injury or death. I.e. once the opponent either flees or is no longer a threat, self defence can no longer be claimed. - Proportionality: The force used must be proportional to the threat. - Avoidance: could you have avoided the fight. - Reasonableness: were your actions reasonable, given your perception of the situation at the time. I.e. could a "reasonable man" have done the same thing.

You'll need to satisfy all of these aspects, while also effectively admitting to the killing. When a self defence argument is made, the burden of proof changes from the State having to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you did it to having to disprove any element of self defence. These niggers are going to have a hard time winning on a self defence argument.
