NY just announced that they are giving illegal immigrants $53M in 'gift cards' and they are only to be used for food, baby care, etc type expenses.
1) I'm sure the illegals will do just that. 2) When NY goes bankrupt, the Fed Govt will bail them out so we the taxpayer are the ones who are paying the illegals!
