Don't let the jewish fear mongers fool you. The utilities have plenty of capital. They could use it to upgrade the grid, but they probably won't. Or, at least, won't anytime soon: Can you imagine all of the government mandated studies that need to be done to even approve a site for a new power plant? Let alone, pay for them all. (Area dependent, I'm sure.) All of the animal displacement studies. The super important fuel source decision. (Natural gas, coal, nuclear. Lel, nuclear.) All of the politicians that would need their palms greased to even think about approving something like that. (Pure corruption.) Etc, etc, etc.
Also, important to remember the rolling brownouts of the early 2000s. Those that were "thought up by, enacted by and approved by Enron. Will there be power outages of various sorts? Sure, but good luck figuring out the truth as to why.
Let's not forget the shareholdera, and their dividends!
