Seems odd that we don't have the money for infrastructure upgrades but we have money to house the illegals, have money for trans education, etc.

OR SECURITY for the power grid

I was listening to some alt media (the real news) discuss how vulnerable the power grid is to terrorist attacks. And these issues as well as solutions had been brought up. Detailed military report explaining that stuff.
