How do they claim that Wyoming has worse drivers than Colorado? I have driven a LOT in both states. Colorado not only has far worse drivers but they speed like fucking crazy, take stupid risks and there are about 50x more of them. The entire population of Wyoming is smaller than one of Colorado's mid/large sized cities.
