They do it naturally. Just let the rooster fuck about and the hens lay on eggs. Only one rooster though, otherwise he will destroy the eggs.

Yeah, my hens aren’t broody AT ALL. They will not lay on an egg lol. Not to mention when they do lay, the nest boxes have a roll away feature so I can gather them from outside the coop.

In that case you could make an incubator on the cheap with a terrarium heat lamp or mat with thermostat. The whole setup is about $20-30. Then you just need a box and some old egg crates or straw.
