Public school enrollment is not a good metric. Homeschooling took off during the plandemic. It's definitely a problem, the birth rate of white Americans, but using school as a measure is disingenuous at best.

Don't they still have to somewhat "enroll" the kids even when you're home schooling? I thought you still had to show the state that you are actually schooling them.
