This should be illegal and the HR/C-levels that did this should go to jail. The company should be fined to a point where it can still operate but it lost any "gains" by hiring cheap non-American labor.

From the post:

>Six months into her job, Latreecia Folkes had launched a new project and received a letter of praise from her supervisor. And then, she says, she was told to train her replacement on the project, a worker from India. She balked at that but was replaced anyway. Over the next two years, Folkes said, she was repeatedly denied opportunities for advancement as a project manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp., one of the world’s largest information-technology outsourcing firms. She was offered chances to apply for roles that required her to relocate, but she couldn’t because her mother was ill. Over time, her relationship with the company grew strained, and Folkes said she knows why.

Quality is worth the cost. DEI, Affirmative action, ESG, And what ever the fuck new moronic term they come up with next.

It is not our duty/sacrifice to bring the rest of the world up by killing ourselves. It is on them to bring themselves up.

That is why the company/c-level/etc must be under the gun for this shit. Just because you can hire a bunch of morons to "get the job done" does not mean it gets done well. Rather, it is the opposite and we have seen this over and over and FUCKING OVER.

Look at Boeing, our newest sacrifice to the "hire morons to do high level work" this is what you get. You damn near fucking destroyed the ISS with your piece of shit SLV. 30 years ago the entire leadership team, management teams and most of the engineers would have quit out of SHAME if nothing else.

I am fucking done.
