Yeah, I don't buy it. Also, I am CPR certified, was certified as a teen and have no odd kink/fetish over that.

I'm not saying taking a CPR class as a teen guarantees you will develop a CPR fetish, I am suggesting a plausible reason as to why Wyoming was listed as having one.

I know this, but for my EMS classes we did have to practice spine-boarding and AED placement, and we did that on each other.

I also just edited my comment you were responding to, yeah we don't practice CPR on each other, but spine-boarding and AED training were practiced on each other.
