About a dozen types of Vibrio bacteria cause vibriosis, which causes diarrhea, abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, fever, and chills. If the bacteria enters open wounds, it can cause flesh to rot.

Not that I'm and expert in communicable diseases and bacteria in general, but in all of my schooling and years of exposure to design of wastewater and water treatment processes, I have never heard of Vibrio until today. Doesn't surprise me though. If you shit in your own nest long enough, it comes back to haunt you.

Well, If you look at the people that take over those public spaces these days (basically all non-Whites) its hard to see how this could not be the end result.
