I should post that bucket grow method of growing potato’s. It seems so simple it’s stupid. Throw 3 kinds in a bucket that complement each other for supplying and taking nutrients. They grow like weeds. I’ll have to find it.

Did you know that you could eat nothing but potatoes and butter and you would not starve and would actually get most of what you need in your diet? It really is a super food.

God was worried the Irish would take over the world, so he gave us beer. When He realized that we built a tolerance for it, he took away our potatoes.

It was a hard lesson, but we are now thankful for both which He gives. So we beer batter potatoes to say thanks.
