They do this with everything. They know who the bullies are and if you stick up for yourself or someone else you get punished. Out here the schools are full of anchor babies and illegals and they usually drop out by 10th grade but from about 6th to 9th grade they start forming their gangs to intimidate everyone else and the schools protect them.
