Out of all the places in the U.S. to push them toward, Boise, the whitest "major city" in the nation by percentage, becomes a hub for aftrican immigration. Pure coincidence.
______ So Montana will be the last strong-hold in the contiguous 48 states, huh? I will see you there. [their percentage was more offset with minorities, but I realized that was due to American Indians--I can tolerate Indians who largely stick to reservations anyway].
