He doesn't have that power, it's just the dumbass masses who think that he has that type of authority so they just go along and comply like little sheep. This scumbag shouldn't be allowed to shut down and reopen whenever he feels like it. It pisses me off so much that so many are acceptable of this. People are so pussified and braindead that they have to wait for their daddy government to tell them that they can reopen their bussineses again and that they do not need to wear mask anymore before they can actually do it. They have no free will and no free thought, they are like living robots who lacks the ability to say NO. Complying to this type of shit means that they give the OK for the government to be able to shut everything back down again whenever they feel like it is time again.. this whole mess needs to stop for good or it is going to be an endless torturous cycle of closing to reopening again.
