The first paragraph, that states:

ERCOT requests that the Secretary issue an order inmediately, effective February 14, 2021 through Feb1uary 19, 2021, authorizing "the provision of additional energy from all generation units subject to emissions or other permit limits" in the ERCOT region. The generating units (Specified Resources) that this Order pertains to are listed on the Order 202-2 1-1 Resources List, as described below.

That's the first paragraph. They requested the order and the order was granted in the paragraph I posted earlier.

Dumb fuck. They were not provided emission exemption. This is the widely known issue. You called me a liar but you don't know anything.

The document fucking says they can do whatever so long as they don't exceed levels allowing them to prevent freezing to, "save the environment."

Again, fuck off with your lying bullshit. You can't even understand the context of what you provided.

If they wanted to help, the emission restriction wouldn't have been there. But they are.

You keep making claims, but you're not providing the evidence. I am providing the evidence. So put up or shut up. Show us where it says they can't exceed emissions limits. Fucking show us, don't bitch and moan.

You are literally retarded. You call someone a liar by proving you don't understand what you are saying. And if fact support my position. Why? Because my position is based on the official documentation. Which you provided, in part.

Fuck, you're stupid.

Produce the federal emission exemption order or fuck off.

And by the way, here's where they specifically say ERCOT can exceed environmental laws as necessary:

ERCOT anticipates that this Order may result in exceedance of emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, mercury, and carbon monoxide emissions, as well as wastewater release limits. To minimize adverse environmental impacts, this Order limits operation of dispatched units to the times and within the parameters determined by ERCOT for reliability purposes.

So there you have it. They say right in the fucking order, "we know this will exceed environmental limits, but it's OK as long as it's necessary for grid reliability."
