It's like you got caught being retarded and doubled down in being wrong.
Those with less than 20 years of active service and who have been awarded a disability rating of 30 percent (or higher) technically qualify for medical retirement.
"Technically qualify" is quite different from an automatic designation. You have to have a medical review board and the condition has to be permanent and even then you only qualify, you're not automatically granted status.
I guarantee you this particular dink was medically seperated at best. Sergeants don't get "retired."
Enlist and see for yourself.
"Technically qualify" is quite different from an automatic designation.
NOBODY said anything about automatically being granted retirement status.
You said retirement is ONLY applicable to 20 years enlisted, you were fucking wrong, don't move the goal posts now.
You have to have a medical review board and the condition has to be permanent and even then you only qualify, you're not automatically granted status.
Saying this to me like I don't know when I'm the one quoting fucking TRICARE sources?
It's like you got caught being retarded and doubled down in being wrong.
You're the one doubling down on being wrong you projecting dickwad.
I guarantee you this particular dink was medically seperated at best.
You can't guarantee anything faggot, you don't know a damn thing about this dude's discharge circumstances.
Sergeants don't get "retired."
I know god damn PRIVATES who've been medically retired. That's why I know you're a fucking moron who thinks he knows what he's talking about but doesn't.
Enlist and see for yourself.
For fuck's sake, did you get a single digit GT score?
I mean really, do you think a CIVILIAN would have ANY awareness of this issue whatsoever?
You aren't the only veteran on this site, cocksucker.
Privates get medically seperated, not retired.
Jesus Christ, you were an ASVAB waiver, weren't you?
You couldn't pour water out of a boot if directions were written on the heel.
Dude, you really just can't cope with the fact that even a private with two years of service can hit a medical review board and be given a retirement designation, can you?
P.S. - Oh, hey, look what else I found.
My name is Angel. I am the wife of Retired Army Sgt. Kenneth Harrelson, a 100% disabled veteran
He was medically retired out of the Army and has had to endure two back surgeries and a shoulder surgery.
Front leaning rest position, fucker.
Do pushups.
Oh, wow! His wife called him retired! She probably knows better than my actual enlisted experience.
He suffers from serious conditions, including "high blood pressure." LORD HAVE MERCY HE MUST HAVE BEEN AWARDED THE MEDAL OF HONOR FOR SUSTAINING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE IN THE LINE OF DUTY, THEN MEDICALLY RETIRED.
Don't be a fucking idiot. You think the Right isn't as biased as the Left? This is just an E5 that got out and his wife called him retired and journalists hyped it up and none of them know what they're talking about.
I've literally linked you all the source information needed to be done with this argument.
You're wrong. Own the loss. Your enlisted experience means nothing, I've watched this process occur, the fucking DOD disagrees with you, and there are mountains of easily accessible sources that prove you wrong.
That fucking IED that rung your bell made you retarded.
