If they had won, the violence would be much rougher than it is now, and they wouldnt need the house or congress to pass their laws. They haven't won, and their are large parts of the US which are still very white and very untouched. Ruling by executive order is what tyrants do, and it doesnt seem to be super useful anyways, because a lot of states just dont follow those rules.

They've won to the degree that they openly stole an election, their opponents know they did it, and nothing happened.

Victory isn't eradicating your enemy, it's convincing them not to fight.

See i dont know about that. They may have won the election, but if states ignore edicts like we see now, they only won the affirmative action position, and not any power. They "won" the position or the title, but not the power that comes with it.

They control the budget, they control the courts and they control the military. Keep in mind, it's not just about domestic power, it's also about stopping someone like Trump from cancelling all their foreign plans. The main reason they want to control the US is so they can use it to project power over the rest of the world.

If the states are ready to pony up and actually secede or starve them of taxes then great. If not then they've won everything they actually want.
