Europeans have been inprisoning and executing about 3% of the male population for breaking rules for thousands of years. That a major reason we have less crime than other groups. We remove rule breakers from the gene pool every generation

I know that inprisonment and capital punishment have shaped the european gene pool to create a relatively law abiding population. Except for Italians.

Bans work on law abiding populations, if you ban guns only criminals have guns, if you ban alcohol and drugs then only criminals will have them but what do we lose by having our worst poison themselves? In my opinion the best comprimize would be to legalize production, sale, and distribution and ban use. That way it won't reduce market freedom, whites won't be drinking, and other races will be.
