To me, this country is not a land of laws, but a land of thuggery. Waco, the IRS, Randy Weaver, the Federal Reserve, all the illegal "police actions" (wars), etc.
The thin veneer of legality in this country is applied unequally, sometimes with incredible force, and at other times totally ignored or dismissed when convenient for the government. The Supreme Court is, and has been, a farce for my entire life.
