The three Republicans voting 'no' were Robert Ney of Ohio, Butch Otter of Idaho and Ron Paul of Texas.

As shit as 100% of these politicians are at least Ron and Rand are consistent. Wonder why they allow them to stay in there. Those vote counts are a fucking joke though. That would have never flew with an informed population.
