Even while true it’s as meaningless as semantics. They would have evacuated anyway once everyone got (were allowed) inside. Clashing with the police outside is what got them into trouble. That was enough to allow the Dems to pretend to be afraid for their lives and come after everyone who was there. If it was a trap is was a foolproof one.
