They have all this time to screw around in Congress because they're now passing bills without reading them. Might as well attack the orange man for some past something or other. Economy is collapsing, international reputation has tanked, borders are wide open with sicknesses running rampant in the illegals, morale in the military and other Federal agencies is collapsing, and dozens of other national problems, but Congress only has time to attack the orange man.
