DeSantis shows promise of having a spine, something sorely lacking these days. If only he could detach from the absolute backing of the nation which calls itself Israel and acknowledge that might not align with the carte blanche American Judeo-Christian belief that anyone who is a Jew is inherently a member of the Biblical "Children of God." We need to stop kissing Israeli ass and stop tolerating dual citizenship held by our elected officials who are supposed to be guarding American interest. The nation calling itself Israel is not inherently our best friend. To the contrary, historically it has demonstrated itself to be otherwise time and again.
